Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Writers Room website (the “Service”) operated by Writers Room, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) at www.officialwritersroom.com.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The Service allows you to purchase digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, articles, templates, and other digital content (“Digital Products”). All Digital Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing a Digital Product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Digital Product for your own personal use.

2. PURCHASES

By making a purchase on the Service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item(s) when you commit to buy; and (iii) you are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.

3. PAYMENT

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide your payment information to third parties for the purpose of processing the payment.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases of Digital Products are non-refundable. Once a Digital Product has been delivered to you, you assume full responsibility for its use. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Digital Products, and all sales are final.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the Digital Products, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secret rights, are owned by Official Writers Room, LLC, or its licensors. You are not granted any right, title, or interest in the Digital Products except for the limited license granted under these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Digital Products may result in the immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action for copyright infringement or other violations of intellectual property law.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

By purchasing a Digital Product, you agree not to:

a. Copy, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third parties, display publicly, or create derivative works of the Digital Product, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. b. Use the Digital Product for any commercial purpose, including selling, renting, or sublicensing the Digital Product, or using the Digital Product to create or provide any commercial product or service. c. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or other proprietary rights notices included in the Digital Product. d. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Digital Product.

You may make copies of the Digital Product for your own personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary rights notices included in the Digital Product.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Official Writers Room, LLC, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
